Our desk sits in the Business Center Europe on Khreshchatyk St. A real person reads every message. We are a Ukrainian PE, so student ID checks and seat holds are handled by our own staff, not an outside call centre.

From your message to a seat on the train

We run small student departures across Europe. Every departure carries a maximum of 16 travellers and a minimum of 8, and that minimum is what the refund rule below protects.

All tours are subject to availability and may be cancelled if fewer than 8 travellers book.

    Reply within one business day

    Messages sent to contact@wheelrendermic.com or through the booking form get a written answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Kyiv time. Replies include the departure sheet with dates, station list and remaining seats.

  2. 02

    You confirm names and student status

    Send the full names of every traveller plus student ID details. The student rate applies per person, and the conditions are set out in the Student Discount Policy.

  3. 03

    Deposit of EUR 60 holds the seat

    The deposit is taken after you confirm. It holds your place for up to 7 days while the rest of the group confirms. The deposit counts towards the total shown in your fare breakdown, not on top of it.

  4. 04

    Balance due 21 days before departure

    The remaining amount is due 21 days before the first travel date. We send one reminder 7 days before that deadline. Seat counts per departure are listed on the routes page and are updated as bookings arrive.

  5. 05

    Full refund if 8 travellers are not reached

    If a departure closes below 8 travellers, you receive every amount you paid back, deposit included, within 5 business days of the decision. We tell you as soon as the number is clear, no later than 21 days before departure. Cancellations you make yourself follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
