The student rate is applied to the tour total of your departure date. Bring a valid student ID to booking, and the same ID on the day you travel.

Discounts apply per traveller on the tour total only. They are not applied to meals, travel insurance, local and city transport, optional activities, visa or document fees, or personal spending.

Rules in force

  • A valid student ID must be shown at booking. The same ID is checked before boarding.
  • One discounted seat per student ID, per departure. A second seat on the same departure is charged at the standard fare.
  • The discount code expires with its departure date. An expired date cannot be carried over to a later departure.
  • The student rate is per traveller and cannot be combined with group or referral reductions.
  • Seat counts and departure status are shown on the route ledger before you book.

Booking process

How booking works, step by step

  1. 01

    Send the request

    Use the booking form on the contact page and give the route, the departure date and how many travellers are coming. The request holds your seats for 48 hours while we check hostel beds and train tickets.

  2. 02

    Confirmation from the desk

    We reply by email with the exact total as a five-line fare ledger: transport, hostel, tour fee, student discount, total. The same email states the date the price was checked and what is not included.

  3. 03

    Pay the deposit

    A deposit of EUR 60 per traveller confirms the seat. Bring a valid student ID to the meeting point; the student discount is applied once the card or ISIC is checked at the desk.

  4. 04

    Meet the balance deadline

    The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure. Seats still unpaid after that date are released back to the departure and the deposit is handled under our refund terms.

Group size. Each departure runs with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 travellers. Seat counts per departure are shown in the route ledger.

If a departure does not fill. When fewer than 8 seats are confirmed by the balance deadline, the departure is cancelled and deposits are returned in full within 10 working days.

Refund terms. Cancellations made by the traveller follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and student discount conditions sit in the Student Discount Policy.

All departures are subject to availability and may be cancelled; meals, travel insurance and local transport are not included in any total.
