Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wheelrendermic.com and any tour booking made through it. Using the site or booking means you accept them.

1. Service provider

wheelrendermic.com is operated by wheelrendermic.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU code 71087117, Business Center Europe, 15 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Email contact@wheelrendermic.com, phone +380 933 866 1265. Managing Director: Anna Garcia. This identification is published under Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 "On Electronic Commerce".

2. Tourism status

We act as a travel agent. Our status and licence data are disclosed before the contract is concluded, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 "On Tourism".

3. Booking and availability

Bookings are confirmed by email; availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and the total due is confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in writing to contact@wheelrendermic.com. Terms follow the cancellation date and the supplier conditions disclosed in the contract. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval, less non-recoverable costs disclosed before booking, per the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 "On Consumer Protection".

5. Liability

We do not warrant uninterrupted access and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@wheelrendermic.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court resolution, or to a court of Ukraine, per the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 "On Consumer Protection".

7. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data, including cookies, on a lawful basis and generally with consent, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 "On Protection of Personal Data".
